1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing saigonsniper.com.vn, making a booking or using the services of Saigon Sports Shooting Club – Saigon Sniper, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please stop using the website and our services.

3. Use of the website

You agree to provide accurate information when submitting a booking, enquiry or course registration form. You must not use the website to submit false information, spam or malicious code, or to interfere with the operation of the system.

Saigon Sniper is responsible for all content on this website. We aim to keep it accurate and may update services, prices and opening schedules when needed.

4. Bookings, prices and payment

Prices follow the published price list at the time the service is used. A surcharge applies on public holidays and Tet, as stated in the price list.
Course prices are listed excluding VAT unless stated otherwise.
Online bookings are confirmed once Saigon Sniper contacts you or sends a confirmation.
Promotions apply within the period and conditions stated for each programme and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.
Cancellation, rescheduling, refunds and deposits: simply contact us via hotline or Zalo. Saigon Sniper handles each case flexibly, in the way that is most convenient for you.

5. Eligibility

Participants under 18 do not need to be accompanied by an adult.
Seated shooting with support equipment is available only in the Advanced package. Classic and Sporty packages are shot from a standing position.
Team building programmes are limited to a maximum of 50 participants per programme.

6. Range safety rules

Range staff are always present to guide participants and ensure safety. All participants must:

Attend the safety briefing and follow the instructions of range staff at all times.
Wear all protective equipment provided by the club.
Handle and fire guns only at the assigned position, always keeping the muzzle pointed towards the target.
Not participate after consuming alcohol or any intoxicating substance.
Inform staff in advance of any health condition that may affect participation.

The range is monitored by CCTV for safety and security. Saigon Sniper may suspend or refuse service to anyone who does not follow the safety rules.

7. 2026 loyalty points programme

Regular days: 1 point for every VND 100,000 paid. Double days (10/10, 11/11, 12/12): 2 points for every VND 100,000.
Amounts below VND 100,000 do not earn points.
Points are added immediately after payment and stored against your phone number.
Points are valid until 31 December 2026.
Points cannot be combined with other promotions.

8. Photography and filming

Guests may take personal photos and videos in permitted areas, provided this does not disturb others or affect range safety.

Saigon Sniper may photograph and film experience sessions, events and courses for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to appear, please tell staff before your session or contact us to request removal of published content.

9. Intellectual property

The logo, brand name, images, videos and content on this website belong to Saigon Sniper or are used lawfully. They may not be copied, modified or used commercially without prior written consent.

10. Third-party links

The website may link to platforms such as Google Maps, Facebook, Zalo, YouTube, TikTok and Klook. Saigon Sniper is not responsible for the content or policies of these platforms.

11. Limitation of liability

Saigon Sniper is not liable for damage arising from a participant’s failure to follow the safety rules or the instructions of range staff, or from inaccurate information provided by the participant.

12. Changes to these terms

Saigon Sniper may update these terms. The new version takes effect from the date it is published on the website.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will first be resolved through negotiation; if unsuccessful, they will be referred to the competent authority in Ho Chi Minh City.
