This policy explains how Saigon Sports Shooting Club – Saigon Sniper collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit saigonsniper.com.vn, make a booking, register for a course, send an enquiry or use our services at the range. It is based on Vietnam’s 2025 Law on Personal Data Protection and related Vietnamese regulations.

2. Data we collect

Bookings and enquiries: name, phone number, email, date, time and number of participants, package, and any notes you send.
Team building, event and school programme enquiries: company or school name, contact person, group size, programme goals and preferred timing.
Course registration: name, date of birth, phone number, email.
Loyalty programme: phone number and points history.
Contact via hotline, Zalo, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok: display name and message content.
Data collected automatically on the website: IP address, device type, browser, pages viewed and traffic source, via cookies, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel.
CCTV footage recorded in the range area.
Photos and videos taken during experience sessions, events and courses.

3. How we use your data

To confirm, schedule and follow up on bookings; to advise on and quote group programmes.
To manage course students and the loyalty programme.
To ensure safety and security at the range.
To send offers and event news if you agree to receive them.
To measure and improve our website, content and advertising.
To meet accounting and tax obligations and requests from competent authorities.

4. Legal basis

Saigon Sniper processes your data based on your consent, the need to deliver the service you booked, and our legal obligations. You may withdraw your consent at any time (see section 9).

5. Data of participants under 18

Data of anyone under 18 is processed in line with Vietnam’s personal data protection law and used only to organise sessions and courses. Parents or guardians may ask us to remove images of their child from Saigon Sniper’s channels at any time.

6. Responsibility and data sharing

Saigon Sniper is responsible for all content and personal data collected on the website and at the range, and does not sell personal data. Data is shared only as necessary with:

Analytics and advertising tools: Google Analytics (Google) and Meta Pixel (Meta).
Messaging platforms you choose to use: Zalo, Facebook Messenger.
Competent authorities when required by law.

7. Cookies, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel

The website uses cookies to remember your language (Vietnamese/English), Google Analytics to measure traffic, and Meta Pixel to measure and optimise advertising on Facebook and Instagram. You can disable or delete cookies in your browser settings; some website features may not work fully.

8. Retention

Data is retained for the periods required by law. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

9. Your rights

This policy may be updated. The new version takes effect from the date it is published on the website.
